Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7-21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Ham Radio Book Store is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can resolve the issue promptly.
