Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical books, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with any original packaging intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at aafourbd@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union customers: If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at aafourbd@gmail.com.

Digital Products (eBooks): All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of eBooks, we do not offer returns or refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.
